Regional Fair.

This year our project for the Regional Fair was about the Peruvian Coast . The students had the opportunity to investigate and learn more about the typical food of each Peruvian coast deparment. They prepared a detailed presentation of some of the most famous and representative meals and desserts of this region, as well as, they tasted the dishes.
